For a smooth delivery, this sofa has been designed to have some home assembly. Full instructions are supplied.

Materials & Care

The Sofia sofa range is upholstered in a smooth flat-weave fabric. We use polyester in our fabric upholstery for its durability and versatility.

Material composition:

Main material: 100% Polyester
Scatter cushion cover: 100% Polyester
Scatter cushion filling: Soft, plump polyester fibres fill this scatter cushion.

Material construction:

Frame: The frame features solid hardwood and comes with a lifetime guarantee. Joints are strongly fixed using classic carpentry techniques, so you can relax and enjoy the support and comfort of a well-made piece of furniture.

Seat base: Serpentine springs provide a sturdy and flexible seat base, while silent wire ensures weight is distributed evenly and sagging is prevented.

Seat cushion: The reversible seat cushion has a foam core wrapped in plump polyester fibres.

Back support: Elastic webbing provides strong and flexible back support.

Back cushion: Soft, plump polyester fibres fill the reversible back cushion.

Feet: Natural oak.

Keep fabric upholstery looking good with regular vacuuming and dusting. Give real wood legs a polish. We stock a fabric care kit, with specialist products for general cleaning, and for old or resistant marks.

Sunlight can cause upholstery to fade. If your sofa is placed in a sunny part of the room, maybe draw the curtains at the sunniest times of day, or have a colourfast throw to shield the sofa from the strongest sunlight.
