We are very pleased with the new settees although we both felt they were more comfortable in the shop. We think this may be due to the newness and hoping they will settle once they've been used a while. Really like the recliner!!! It's very heavy to move.

It would be good to be able to sit upright with your feet up instead of being fully reclined .Fairly comfortable but I need to have a cushion behind my head if I want to watch tv with my feet up . Few places with uneven stitching but ok so far.

The velcro-on arm pads make ripping sound when you sit down. Leg raise could go a little higher. Otherwise very comfortable and stylish.

The two items, sofa and chair as above, were delivered on time by two chaps who were very polite and helpful throughout the process of delivery and set-up. In relation to the insurance cover mentioned above, this can be assessed only when the occasion arises for a claim to be made. Hopefully this will not arise and in the meantime, having the policy just in case provides a sense of security.

Comfortable electric recliner. Nice colour choices available. Bought two 2 seaters , shame we had to wait two months longer than promised for delivery, date of which was altered twice. Can’t believe anyone is still using Covid as an excuse for delays. But when delivered the premium service was excellent, all packing removed and taken away and product put together and demonstrated.

The product is great but very disappointed we had to wait 16 weeks for delivery my husband has terminal cancer and began to think he would never sit on it especially when plastered across the shop was buy now for before xmas delivery we ordered October it arrived end of February 🥲. On a lighter note the delivery guys were great.

Although product is super. Unhappy that was never told it would be delivered requiring assembly. Also unhappy the delivery drivers just dropped the box in the room and went away. So not only did I have to unbox the item and assemble it, but was then left with a huge cardboard box to dispose of.
