Sink into the luxurious comfort of our fabric Goodwood 2-seater recliner sofa. Each power recliner is operated by two simple buttons, one to slowly lower you down and one to bring you back up. The movement is smooth and the mechanism easy to use, so all you have to do is sit back and relax. Each arm also features a USB port, so you can charge your devices while you use them.

For a smooth delivery, this sofa has been designed to have some home assembly. Full instructions are supplied.

Our Goodwood range is upholstered in quality fabric that is both durable and soft to the touch. Rated for heavy domestic use, our upholstery is chosen with both style and function in mind, so we use various types of polyester, such as terylene, for their versatility and ability to withstand the tests of time and real life.

Main material: 100% Terylene

Material construction:

Frame: The frame features solid hardwood and comes with a lifetime guarantee. Joints are strongly fixed using classic carpentry skills, so you can relax and enjoy the support and comfort of a well-made piece of furniture.

Seat base: Serpentine springs are resilient and will bounce back time after time. Silent wire connects the springs and assists with even weight distribution.

Seat cushion: Pocket springs are wrapped in foam and polyester fibres to form soft and extremely supportive fixed seat cushions.

Back support: Serpentine springs spread weight evenly and keep the back cushions secure, providing comfort and support where it's needed most.

Back cushion: Filled with polyester fibres and designed to keep their shape, the fixed back cushions feel soft and luxurious to sink into.

Feet: Discreet glides protect the floor.

Keep fabric upholstery looking good with regular vacuuming and dusting. Give real wood legs a polish. We stock a fabric care kit, with specialist products for general cleaning, and for old or resistant marks.

Sunlight can cause upholstery to fade. If your sofa is placed in a sunny part of the room, maybe draw the curtains at the sunniest times of day, or have a colourfast throw to shield the sofa from the strongest sunlight.

    Back cushions. Our sofas come in different styles. Tensioned webbing and superloop back springs support classic high back looks and pillow back cushions alike, fibre-filled for sink-in comfort.

  • Scatter cushions

    Scatter cushions. Most of our sofas come with feather or fibre-filled scatter cushions. Made to match particular sofa ranges, they add that extra bit of comfort.

This is an excellent product the best we found. Form and supportive recliner works smoothly and efficiently with the USB port sandwiched between the control buttons at either end a pleasant surprise. Why not five star? The delivery time and communication (or lack of) about delays. Ordered early December with April delivery date. Then moved to beginning of June middle of June end of June and finally first week in July. All info came via email and impossible to get through to human being when phoning to find out what going on. Finally went into store who sent concern off by computer on our behalf and guaranteed a call back. No call back but finally two weeks later sofa arrived. Our advice - buy these sofas they are excellent but check the colour and model are in uk warehouse!
