Bed Is fab Actual delivery itself very slick Just had to wait an age for a confirmation of actual date. This exact same pattern happened with my order for the bedroom furniture which I am still eating for. (Despite being available for delivery when ordered)

We always check out companies on Trust Pilot before buying anything. I can confirm the rating 5 star is warranted! Our products are both great and proper good quality. A potential hitch around delivery was sorted out very quickly.This company understands communication with the customer.Recommend them Yes!

I can’t fault the quality of the furniture, or the sales staff in the Doncaster store, or the delivery staff, HOWEVER …… The delivery was rearranged twice with excuses each time (initially blaming Covid but when challenged further excuses were given). The staff I spoke to on the phone were useless, uninterested in my complaint and adamant that there was nothing further they could do to assist me. After spending 6.5k with the company I at least expected decent customer service, after a promise that a supervisor would contact me within 48 - 72 hrs I’m still waiting 3 weeks later!! In short, nice furniture, great sales staff, great delivery staff, shocking customer services staff (even the delivery guys said the customer service staff were s*it!). Would I buy from Oak Furniture Land again? NO, purely on the basis of failed promises and poor customer service.
