  Footstool base: Serpentine springs and durable elastic webbing work together to provide a supportive base for the fixed seat cushions by distributing weight evenly, preventing sagging, and promoting comfort.

  Footstool cushion: The fixed seat cushions are pocket-sprung and padded with resilient foam, then wrapped in soft polyester fibres to form a luxuriously comfortable seat of medium firmness.
