Whilst Government restrictions in retail settings across the UK have been lifted, below you will find details of the latest updates and measures we continue to have in place to keep our colleagues and customers safe:

  • Hygiene stations containing hand sanitiser (75% alcohol), latex gloves and face masks will continue to be located near the front entrance to our showrooms on both ground and first floor levels.

  • Additional hand sanitiser stations will be located throughout the showroom.

  • We recommend that our lift facilities in showrooms are used by one family or household group at a time.

  • Some of our colleagues may continue to wear face coverings.

  • Our showrooms will be cleaned thoroughly and regularly throughout the day.

  • We offer ‘Scan and Go Contact Free Shopping’ allowing customers to enjoy a completely contactless shopping experience when in any of our stores.

  • Our delivery guidelines will continue to support a safe and hassle-free delivery experience for both our customers and our colleagues.

Delivery Update:

The COVID-19 pandemic continues to create challenges that are affecting some of our delivery timescales. Globally, the situation is impacting ports and shipping lanes, which are working their way through backlogs and delays, as well as an increased demand for their services. This then has a direct impact on the speed our furniture is delivered from our manufacturers overseas, to our distribution centres here in the UK.

To combat this, we have extended delivery times on products that we know are taking longer to arrive. This is why delivery time frames on some of our products may look longer than the normal fast delivery our customers expect from us.

Due to these issues, our Customer Service team is receiving a higher number of queries than normal. We are currently in the process of recruiting more Customer Service colleagues to reduce our call and email response times, as we know it is taking longer than it should to get through to us.

We are doing everything we can to resume the normal levels of service we pride ourselves on. Thank you for your support, patience and understanding.

Latest Delivery Guidelines:

Our normal delivery service has resumed and customers can choose from Premium, Flexible, Room of Choice and Doorstep delivery options at checkout.
