Throughout the current situation, at Oak Furnitureland we’ve continued to keep the safety and well-being of our colleagues and customers as our number one priority - and this won’t change.

You can order furniture - online or by telephone - and we’ll get it to you as soon as possible.

Our stores remain temporarily closed, however we are open for business online and are delivering on a reduced service, where customers agree to a threshold only delivery and agree to specific delivery terms.

To ensure we can deliver safely and within government guidelines, we have put additional measures in place to protect both our customers and colleagues. During this time we have stopped delivering to the room of choice, and all items will be delivered to your doorstep or garage. All deliveries made will be contact free.

In our warehouse, we have put additional measures in place including clear floor markings and staggered shift patterns and breaks. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and provided employees with PPE such as disposable gloves, masks and hand sanitiser.

If you are self-isolating or unable to receive a threshold delivery at this time, we will keep your items safe for as long as you need us to. You can amend your delivery date at any time by logging into ‘My Account’.
