Ideal for those who like to put their feet up after a long day, this footstool has a strong frame and can also be used as an extra seat when needed. It can even be transformed into a makeshift coffee table with the simple addition of a tea tray on top.

For a smooth delivery, this sofa has been designed to have some home assembly. Full instructions are supplied.

Our Evie range is upholstered in flat weave polyester with a durable, tactile finish. The footstools and scatter cushions in this collection also have polyester covers that feature a contemporary chain-link pattern and feel smooth and silken to the touch. We've chosen to upholster this range in polyester because of its longevity and versatility.

Frame: Our sofas, sofa beds, armchairs, and footstools all come with a lifetime frame guarantee, as they feature solid hardwood and are designed not to creak or warp. Joints are strongly fixed using classic carpentry skills, so you can relax and enjoy the support and comfort of well-made furniture.

Footstool base: Serpentine springs ensure weight is always distributed evenly.

Footstool cushion: Resilient foam pads the fixed seat.

Feet: Hardwood feet.

Keep fabric upholstery looking good with regular vacuuming and dusting. Give real wood legs a polish. We stock a fabric care kit, with specialist products for general cleaning, and for old or resistant marks.

Sunlight can cause upholstery to fade. If your sofa is placed in a sunny part of the room, maybe draw the curtains at the sunniest times of day, or have a colourfast throw to shield the sofa from the strongest sunlight.
