How many pillows do I need?

Caring for your pillows

Pillows get hours of nightly use and should ideally be replaced every two years. To maximize their lifespan and maintain hygiene:

• Wash regularly: If machine-washable, clean your pillows every 2–3 months to eliminate bacteria and promote healthier sleep.

• Double up on pillowcases: Using two pillowcases minimises sweat stains and keeps your pillows dry.

• Rotate and fluff: Alternate and fluff your pillows weekly to evenly distribute wear and maintain their shape.
