Monday 19th September 2022 - Closures Information

Dear customers,

To mark this period of National Mourning and to allow our colleagues and customers to pay their respects, our showrooms and customer service centre will be closed and deliveries suspended on Monday 19th September, the day of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral.

Our showrooms will close at 17.00 and our telesales team at 20.00 on Sunday 18th September, to reopen at 09.00 on Tuesday 20th.

Our customer service department will close at 18.00 on Saturday 17th, with service resuming at 09.00 on Tuesday 20th September.

If you had a furniture delivery booked for 19th September, we will contact you with further details on how to rearrange this.

If you have a technician visit booked with Homeserve Furniture Repairs on this date, they will have been in contact separately to advise you of their arrangements. If you need to contact them, please do so directly on 01384 473000.
