At the end of the promotional period – you are in control choosing to either repay the balance in full (and pay no interest) or spread the cost of your purchase over the next 36 months – 29.8% APR typical. Either way, it’s up to you!
An early settlement fee of £29 will be payable if you settle within the promotional period.

Q. What type of credit options do you offer?
A. Dependant on the amount spent we offer the choice of between 6 or 12 Buy Now Pay Later and 24 or 36 months Interest Free Credit (subject to status).

Q. Is there a minimum order value for credit applications?
A. Yes. Credit is only available on orders of £600 or more.

Q. How do I apply for credit?
A. Unlike some other furniture sites we prefer the personal touch where possible, either, simply call us on 0845 873 8088 where we will process your details live and have the finance agreement approved within 10 minutes or simply checkout and select ‘IFC – Pay By Finance’ where we will process your order for you. A 20% deposit is required, then complete the details on the application form.

Q. When can I apply for finance?
A. Finance can be applied for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week directly through our website. Our finance Hotline on 0845 873 8088 is open 9.00am-8.00pm Monday to Thursday, 9.00am-5.30pm Friday, 9.30am-5.00 Saturday and 11.00am-7.00pm Sunday.

Q. What happens next if my application is approved?
A. If your application is approved we will confirm your order. We will then send your approved finance agreement to you. Simply sign, date and return to us in the prepaid envelope. Upon receipt of the signed agreement we will immediately process your order and dispatch your goods ASAP.

Q. Are my personal details secure?
A. Yes, our website uses the latest 256 bit high-grade encryption to protect you.

Q. What happens if my application is declined?
A. If our credit providers decline your application you will have the option of choosing an alternative method of payment (i.e. credit/debit card or cheque), if you have paid a 20% deposit this will be refunded to you.

Q. Am I eligible for finance?
A. In order to apply for finance you must:

• be at least 18 and under 75 years of age.
• be either employed for more than 16 hours per week, self-employed, retired and over the age of 50, or in receipt of an invalidity or disability allowance.
• have been a UK resident for 3 years or more.
• be able to make repayments by direct debit.
• be able provide your previous address if you have lived at your current address for less than 3 years.

Q. What information will I need to supply you with?
A. For a decision on your credit application - you will need to provide us with your bank account number, sort code, work postcode and telephone number when you call us, this will speed your application if you apply through our Finance Hotline on 0845 873 8088.
