Payments

Q. Where are you based and do you have a showroom?
A. We are based in Gloucestershire near Cirencester however unfortunately we do not have a showroom, we are within a secure industrial zone and regretfully we are unable to facilitate viewings. Please note we do offer a 7 day moneyback guarantee should you wish to return furniture if not suitable.(Please see our 7 day moneyback offer)

Q. How can I pay for my purchases?
A: We accept most forms of payment. The easiest method is to use our fully automated online credit card processing system. If you do not want to use your credit/debit card on the internet, we can also process credit card payments over the phone, please call 0845 873 8088 with the product details and have you card details handy. We can also process payments via cheque or Interest free finance, please call 0845 873 8088 to arrange this. Please remember paying by cheque will slow down the processing of your order by approximately 10 days.

Q: How secure are my credit/debit card details?
A: All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. Thereafter payment is collected through our online credit card system via HSBC. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.

To protect your security and prevent credit card fraud wherever possible, we reserve the right to ask for proof of ID and to carry out a credit check where necessary. For additional security, on customer's first orders we will only deliver to the card holders address.

Products

Q: I am looking for a particular product that is not listed on your website.
A: We always list our entire catalogue of furniture on our website, unfortunately if it is not listed we are afraid we will not have it.

Q: I found the product I want to buy but I have seen it cheaper somewhere else.
A: Our prices are already fantastically low, but if you have found an identical product elsewhere, please call us or email us and we will always beat any competitors price.

Q: How long will delivery take on my order
A: Each item ordered will have an anticipated despatch date listed in the shopping basket, this is however dependant on stock levels as well as payment method. If an item is out of stock, or there is any delay we will clearly quote this on the individual item , if there are further unforeseen delays a member of our team will contact you as soon as possible.

Please note we may have stocks available quicker than the suggested despatch date originally quoted, if this is the case we will always despatch as soon as possible. We will always email on despatch to prewarn you that our carriers now have the goods. Therefore if you are unavailable to take your order until after a given date you must tell us of this in the "add comments" section on placing your order.

If you have failed to inform us of this and we are unaware of these dates, we may despatch the items to our carriers, if so our carriers will charge £30 per item to return the items to our warehouse, this will be chargeable to the customer.

Delivery

Q: What will delivery of my item(s) cost me?
A: We offer free mainland UK delivery on all orders.

Q: Can you deliver outside mainland UK?
A: At the moment we are NOT able to deliver outside mainland UK. We can deliver to any address within GB Mainland. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight are not possible at this time.

Q: When will my goods be delivered?
A: Please refer to the individual delivery quote given on each item in your order and our terms and conditions. If a product is out of stock and not available for the delivery times quoted you will be contacted and made aware of the delay as soon as possible after placing the order.

Guarantees

Q: Are my goods guaranteed?
A: All of the products sold on this site come with a full one year warranty, which guarantees the product for the first year of ownership.

Product returns and refunds

Q: Can I return goods if I am not satisfied?
A: Please refer to our 7 day moneyback guarantee

Q: How do refunds work?
A: In the case that you will be issued a refund, it will be processed via the same method that the initial payment was made. i.e. if you pay by credit card, the refund will be made onto the same credit card.

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 2 working days and we will do our very best to fix any problem that you may have.
