By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”).

1. The promoter is Oak Furnitureland Group Limited, a company incorporated with company number 12645185, whose registered office address is c/o Unit Dc2 Viscount Way, South Marston Industrial Estate, Swindon, Wiltshire, England, SN3 4TN (“Promoter”).
2. The Promotion is open to individuals’ resident in the United Kingdom aged 18 or over except for employees of Oak Furnitureland, and their immediate family members, or any person professionally associated with this activity (members of their family or household may not participate in the Promotion)
3. Unless specified, there is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter our competitions.
4. The Promoter assumes that by entering the Promotion (and you warrant that you are aged 18 or over.
5. The competition can be entered by following @oak_furniture_land and @harrison_spinks on Instagram, liking the post and tagging another valid Instagram account in a comment.
6. Multiple comments do count as multiple entries, providing each comment is tagging a different Instagram account.
7. Closing date for entry will be at 11.59pm on 25/09/2026. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
8. The winner of the competition will receive a Harrison Spinks mattress of their choice from the Oak Furnitureland collection.
9. The winner will be selected at random and contacted by Instagram DM, within 7 days of the competition ending. In order to claim the prize, the winner must respond to the message within 7 days of it being sent.
10. Should a winner not respond within the timeframe, their prize will be forfeited, and another valid winner will be selected.
11. In the event of the prize not being available for whatever reason, the promoter may offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
12. No cash alternative will be offered.
13. The winner will need to arrange for someone aged 18 or over to be present for the delivery of the prize, on a date to be agreed with the promoter.
14. It’s the winner’s responsibility to ensure the prize will fit in their chosen location, and entryways are suitable to their property.
15. Prizes can be delivered to any UK Mainland address- please note that deliveries outside of Mainland UK need to be arranged by the Prize winner at their own cost.
16. Delivery times of the prize offered, or products purchased with a prize voucher, will vary depending on the product availability, which will either be advised by the promoter’s representative, or available on the Promoter’s website at the time of booking the prize.
17. The Prize must not be transferred, auctioned or resold. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to accept further entries under this or any other promotion if it becomes aware of the reselling or auctioning of the Prize.
18. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for delayed or incorrectly submitted Entries.
19. In all matters relating to the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or terminate the Promotion at any time without notice. However, the Promoter will use its reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect of such amendment or termination to avoid disappointment. Any termination or amendment to the Promotion will be communicated to you via Instagram.
21. The Promotion is not affiliated with Meta and is in no way connected with, sponsored or otherwise supported, accompanied or monitored by Meta or any subsidiary companies and/or associates. All questions, comments or complaints relating to the Promotion should be addressed to the Promoter and not Meta.
22. At all times throughout the Promotion, participants must deal with the Promoter in the utmost good faith in every respect. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify any participant that it has reasonable grounds to believe has breached any of the rules, including, but not limited to, falsifying any information submitted to or requested by the Promoter.
23. The Promoter will process the participants’ personal data on the Promoter’s behalf for the purposes of the Promotion and complying with its delivery commitments. The Promoter’s legal basis for processing the personal data is that the processing is carried out for the legitimate business interests in connection with the Promotion and, if applicable, supply of the chosen products. The Promoter will not process the participants’ personal data for other purposes unless they have a legal basis for doing so. The Promoter handles the participants’ personal information in a secure and confidential manner and always in accordance with the law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (2016) and applicable UK law. It will not disclose the participants’ personal information to third parties unless there is a legal basis for this. The law provides the participants with rights in relation to their personal information.
