    The Regional Manager’s role is to ensure that they maximize sales and profitability in all showrooms throughout the region by ensuring that every store is managed by a competent, motivated Manager and to ensure that each team provides exceptional customer service through effective coaching and teamwork. They must ensure that they protect the business by following the correct procedures and ensure that any risks are managed correctly.
    Responsibilities:

    • Create a customer service culture throughout all showrooms across the region, where all teams are seizing every opportunity to drive sales
    • Support, develop and coach retail store managers to identify and take advantage of opportunities to improve service standards as well as to resolve complaints
    • Lead by example, personally demonstrating excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
    • Drive and implement customer service improvement initiatives throughout the region
    • Responsible for ensuring that the Region exceeds all sales and profitability targets and for delivering outstanding business results
    • Use a coaching style to develop the commercial awareness of Retail Store Managers, and ensure each Manager applies a commercial view to all proposals and decisions, based on excellent product knowledge, and understanding of local trading environment, competitors and customer base
