The following information applies to any order weighing less than 25kg, which has been assigned for delivery by a specialist parcel courier.
Please check your order confirmation email to ensure we have all the details needed to facilitate a smooth delivery process; relevant contact telephone numbers, payment details and address are crucial. If any part of your order is incorrect, please be sure to contact us on 0845 873 8088 as soon as possible.
The date range estimated for 'dispatch to carrier' is dictated by the item on your order with the longest lead time. This is because all goods must be in stock and be fully processed before the order is passed to our carriers.
After receiving your order confirmation email, your next communication will be a dispatch email confirming that the goods are available and have been passed to the parcel courier for delivery within 24-48 hours (please note the parcel courier is unable to offer a weekend or timed delivery service). Remember, you can track your order at any time using your password protected account.
Should you not be available at the time of attempted delivery you will be left a card with details on so that you can contact the carriers and arrange redelivery directly. If you do not contact the carrier within 48 hours the furniture may be returned to us; in this instance an aborted delivery fee will be applicable.
Please note that on rare occasions your delivery method could be subject to change, this would generally occur if at a date prior to dispatch a further order is placed with us which would deem a parcel carrier unsuitable to facilitate the larger delivery.
