The whole process of ordering and delivery was so straight forward and smooth.

The furniture is great, so solid and looks fabulous in my sitting room. Such a relief that it came fully assembled with no putting together required as so often is the case today.

And I must mention the delivery men too - they were courteous and cheerful as they came into through the house to put the furniture in the sitting room - it was almost as if they enjoyed delivering it.

Our dining table with 6 black leather scroll back chairs along with sideboard arrived in excellent condition. We are over the moon with the quality of the furniture. It's always a gamble buying online but the photos and videos helped me make my decision and the furniture is exactly how it looked online. We looked in every furniture shop out there for a suitable dining room table, chairs and sideboard and nowhere had as nice stuff. This is solid, and I mean solid! Bought the tokyo tv cabinet and it's gorgeous. Liked it so much we bought the small sideboard which we are waiting for. Really pleased with the service and the delivery so far.

We have today had our Mantis light coffee table delivered. It looks beautiful. The order process has been so easy, Alex was most helpful when I placed the order and I have been kept in touch right up to delivery, which incidentally was only 1 week from ordering (over Christmas)and the delivery van even turned up at exactly the time he said he would.

Having bought a table and chairs on line at Christmas we were considering buying bedroom furniture also. I had read the reviews on line and still had reservations on just how good the furniture would be. We travelled to the Chippenham showroom this morning to view the farmhouse rustic range. On arrival we were greeted by Jen and Daniel and explained the reason for the visit. I explained that we had bought the table and chairs and were desperate to view to make sure it was as nice as we belived from the website!! We were blown away with excitement. It is fabulous and far more beautiful than we ever imagined. Jen led us to the bedroom range, went to make me a cup of tea and left us to browse. we are exteremly pleased with our furniture. we had a big order and it was all delivered within the dates given and by courteous , helpful delivery men. they rang to say when they were on the way and I didnt have to waste a whole day waiting in due to the three hour slot given.The furniture itself is top quality and fantastic value for money. it has transformed our rooms. the only negative comment is the amount of packaging we had to get rid of- it is all exteremly well packaged- but as we had 14 items we had loads of polystyrene and cardboard to recycle!. would definitely recommend this company from start - at showroom- to finish- delivery. brilliant customer service through email and phone calls. first class .thankyou.

Recently bought variety of items from oak funitureland (online) from the rustic oak range. I would like to say how pleased we are with our furniture. The quality is outstanding and I was surprised at how heavy these items were. From time of ordering and delivery was a matter of weeks. I would also like to thank the delivery guys who were very conscientious noticed the new carpet immediately and used dust sheets so their boots didn't mark the carpet they also asked where each item was to be placed. Received our furniture last Thursday being a returning customer we were not concerned about the quality, as we knew it would be top notch the Light Mango Dining Set we had from a former Ebay store a few years ago set your standards very high. How far you have come in those few years and not suprisingly given the quality of your goods teamed with your customer service which lasts from before you place the order until the moment the furniture arrives and all are delighted with there purchase. The furniture is stunning again and throughout the order the customer service has been absolutely spot on.

Ordered the Alto TV unit and Alto small sideboard. The communication from the moment of making the order through to the delivery was superb including a call from the delivery guys an hour before they arrived.

When the goods arrived they were expertly packed and I was very impresssed by the solid quality of the units.

OakFurnitureLand offered such good service I cancelled an order for a coffee table with an alternative supplier and instead ordered from the OFL range.

No hesitation in recommending this firm. If only all internet suppliers could be this good!

We took delivery of our extending oak dining table and chairs, plus two Rivermead glazed dressers last week. The products were really well packed, and the delivery drivers were excellent, considering there were steps involved. The furniture looks fantastic! So impressed were we, that we went back and ordered another small sideboard! The overall experience of choosing, buying, and receiving the goods from Oakfurnitureland, has been very satisfying. We recommend them totally.

I received my rustic oak bedroom furniture last week and we are over the moon with it it's beautiful and worth every penny it has changed my whole room no end so much so we have just gone and ordered the Rustic oak sideboard and the 5 drawer tall bedroom chest to use as a CD unit in our living room all in all it's cost us £2,300 but as I said worth every penny so thankyou Oak furnitureland for such excellent products.

I visited the Lakeside shop last week and was served by Andrew Churchill. I was only looking for a bed frame, but ended up buying a memory foam mattress, mango bedframe, bedside cabinet and wood wax. There was no pressure to buy just a lovely manner of giving info while I decided. I cannot wait to hear when my furnitire is being delivered now.

We ordered several items from the Alto living/dining room range and are extremely impressed with the quality of the furniture, absolutely faultless. We thoroughly enjoy admiring the furniture, knowing that our money has been well spent. The service we received from Oak Furnitureland and the delivery company, JB Direct, was first class. Ordered my Newark nest of tables at the begining of the week and received them by the end of the week all the way to Bonnie Scotland. I would like to say how much I appreciate the oak furniture that was recently delivered. I purchased a complete bedroom range of the Tokyo and Bevel furniture for my daughters bedrooms and I have to say, the quality and finish is absolutely first class and excellent value for money!

The delivery was made within the projected 14 days, and the level of support and professionalism shown by the delivery team (Patrick & Barry) from JB Direct was beyond my expectations! One of the wardrobes was slightly larger than the angle of the staircase allowed, but, they persevered and went to every possible length to ensure that they located it in the right bedroom.

We had almost £4k of furniture delivered that day and they worked extrememly hard to get everything safely up to the first floor bedrooms. Sadly, I suffer from a degenerative illness and could not of handled any of the furniture, and they ensured that everything went where it needed to be placed!

I would be grateful if you could pass on my appreciation directly to Patrick, Barry and their manager for the excellent level of service they provided to me.

I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to other potential customers and I will be purchasing more furniture soon.

My order of a large side board arrived yesterday, as I was in work I received a cheerful telephone call advised me my delivery was due in 25 minutes. On time, 2 extremely helpful men knocked and placed my fully boxed cabinate in the required position.
