As a result of our business growth, we are currently recruiting for Sales Support Consultants within the sales support function, delivering world class customer service through effective call handling and order management. This is a varied role which involves a variety of tasks; you are expected to communicate with customers and other departments on a daily basis, as well as complete a variety of administrative tasks requiring meticulous attention to detail, with a desire to own any task with pride and passion. A professional approach and 'customer first' ethos is essential.
Please note this is not a sales role but the support function for our sales team, you are not targeted or expected to sell.
To handle all inbound phone-calls, effectively, efficiently, and professionally at all times, keeping in line with our ‘customer first’ ethos.
Finalising and waterproofing customer orders by confirming the delivery service that will be used and/or confirming the terms of our bespoke services.
Managing our customer order book; you will be expected to keep customers updated on the status of their order, if this changes you are required to advise the customer at the first available opportunity, in order to manager their expectations.
Manage all orders taken through 3rd Party affiliates websites, and all required administration to finalise and complete the order process.
You will be the first response team when/if a ‘problem’ occurs with an order, eg, failed deliveries, incomplete orders, incorrect details, 3rd party delays etc.
Managing all customer communication through appropriate channels, and ensuring all customers are responded to within the department SLA’s.
Supporting our retail outlets, through effective communication and order management.
Assisting in arranging the delivery of small items through our 3rd Party parcel carrier.
Following up on orders as required, either by liaising with customers, other departments, colleagues and appropriate 3rd Parties.
The sales support department is responsible for completing any refunds required. A good eye for detail will be essential to ensure that this task is completed efficiently, and correctly.
Previous customer service experience.
Strong language skills, both written and spoken.
Well versed in effective communication.
Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office.
We use our own bespoke system, you will receive appropriate training in all of the systems required for you to be able to fulfil your role.
It is desirable that you’re confident in your own IT abilities and have used PC’s and IT systems in previous roles.
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, including weekends.
