We are looking for dynamic individuals with a passion for sales and exceeding expectations. Commission can be earned by converting initial sales enquiries into sales and actively encouraging our customers to spend more money with us. You will be heavily targeted on various KPI’s including revenue, call conversion rate, and add on sales.

In return for meeting these targets we offer an extremely competitive basic salary of £18k to £22k basic OTE £38k; the commission structure is uncapped where our top performers earn in excess of £50k. The hours of work are 40 per week 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis including weekends and bank holidays. There will be no cold calling with the focus on inbound and outbound calls.

    Experience

    Previous experience as a Visual Merchandiser in Retail.
    Experience in Retail home wares is desirable.
    Must have a flair for design and colour, be creative, imaginative and energetic, with a passionate interest in interiors - relevant qualification in art or design/interior design is an advantage, but not a requirement.
    Good communication skills to present ideas to others.

    This new role will involve working as part of the Visual Merchandising Team where you will be required to move ranges of furniture in the showrooms and help merchandise room sets to ensure a continuous high standard is met. Candidate must be energetic, be able to work to tight deadlines, and be self-motivated and practical.

    General responsibilities include:
    • Accurate delivery and merchandising of products into the showrooms within your region of between 14-16 showrooms
    • Supporting plans for showroom openings or refits within your region for example merchandising at all new showroom openings across your region and sometimes nationwide
    • Ensure that new product ranges are effectively merchandised across the region of showrooms whilst maintaining high standards at all times
    • Regular duties will include heavy lifting, painting, and general decorating across the region of showrooms as required

    Essential experience required:
    • You must be competent in general DIY for example be able to use an electric drill, power saw, electric screwdriver etc
    • Basic computer skills are required ie: use of email, word, excel
    • You must be self motivated and be able to manage your time effectively to meet with the business’s needs

In this role the successful candidate will be expected to work within a vibrant call centre dealing with all sales administration in addition to speaking to our customers and guiding them through the order process after the initial sale has been made.The ability to multi task and prioritise workloads is essential.
