The role:
• Act as a point of contact for media requests and respond in an efficient and timely manner

• Ensure that content on Brand is adaptable and/or tailored for different media audiences including print, online, broadcast and social

Responsibilities

• Produce informative and accurate communications to stores regarding upcoming promotional events. These to include detailed instructions on how to display POS materials in store.
• Collate and action incoming store requests for ad hoc POS materials in a timely manner in all instances. This involves interacting with external print suppliers.
• Build good working relationships with day-to-day contacts at aforementioned external suppliers.
• Proof read all product ticket details required for store distribution (e.g. for new ranges launched/product specifications altered/pricing amends/etc.) and arrange external printing and store distribution thereof.
• Project manage the ordering and timely distribution of POS required for new store openings and stores on the refit/refresh programme.
• Play an integral role in the proof reading/amending/ rechecking process for all product tickets at Normal Selling Price periods (twice yearly).
• Build strong working relationship with the Retail Operations Team specifically.
• To undertake any other reasonable duties as required.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience working within a dynamic marketing department a definite advantage.
• Previous experience of producing external communications.
• Experience and knowledge of the print industry an advantage.
• Exceptional communication skills and a good command of the English language essential.
• Proof reading and copy writing skills.
• Must be PC literate in word, excel, powerpoint etc.

Responsibilities

To handle all inbound phone-calls, effectively, efficiently, and professionally at all times, keeping in line with our ‘customer first’ ethos.
Finalising and waterproofing customer orders by confirming the delivery service that will be used and/or confirming the terms of our bespoke services.
Managing our customer order book; you will be expected to keep customers updated on the status of their order, if this changes you are required to advise the customer at the first available opportunity, in order to manager their expectations.
Manage all orders taken through 3rd Party affiliates websites, and all required administration to finalise and complete the order process.
You will be the first response team when/if a ‘problem’ occurs with an order, eg, failed deliveries, incomplete orders, incorrect details, 3rd party delays etc.
Managing all customer communication through appropriate channels, and ensuring all customers are responded to within the department SLA’s.
Supporting our retail outlets, through effective communication and order management.
Assisting in arranging the delivery of small items through our 3rd Party parcel carrier.
Following up on orders as required, either by liaising with customers, other departments, colleagues and appropriate 3rd Parties.
The sales support department is responsible for completing any refunds required. A good eye for detail will be essential to ensure that this task is completed efficiently, and correctly.

Experience

Previous customer service experience.
Strong language skills, both written and spoken.
Well versed in effective communication.
Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office.
We use our own bespoke system, you will receive appropriate training in all of the systems required for you to be able to fulfil your role.
It is desirable that you’re confident in your own IT abilities and have used PC’s and IT systems in previous roles.
